| Flavours | A lean, crisp base of pilsner malt and dextrine malt is fermented clean with Froth Vagabond Czech Pilsner yeast. Rice syrup added during fermentation dries the beer out completely, leaving a light, nutty, honey-like finish. A massive addition of straight, fresh Yuzu juice brings vibrant, zesty citrus, while lime-forward Motueka hops marry the flavours together. The addition of Sansho layers in a mild, citrusy spice with a subtle, playful numbing sensation on the finish. |
