Packing and handling
Our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
In general, the products will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the order and should be delivered to the majority of New Zealand Addresses within 5 working days. We currently don’t offer international shipping as it’s either hugely expensive or if it’s cheap, it’s slow and that’s bad for the beer! If you have a special circumstance here, get in touch with info@doublevisionbrewing and we can sort something out.

General Shipping Information
If you spend $100 or more, we will cover your shipping within New Zealand.
Seeing as someone needs to be home to sign for the package, it’s usually a good idea to have the package sent to where you work or a business address. Let’s be honest, your boss can’t get mad if you have delicious beer sent to work, and if they are nice, they might even get to try it!
As stated above, orders will usually be dispatched within 1-2 working days depending on the season. Given how crazy holidays and pandemics are for couriers, please know we are going to be on them like flies on $#!* to get your beers to ya as soon as possible but that some things are out of our control. When in doubt, rub your earlobes, say ‘woosah’ on the exhale and remember we are on the same team 🙂 On that note, please allow up to 5 working days for domestic delivery.

Returns
We hate to think you’d want to return something but hey, it happens. We require the return to be lodged with our support team email within 3 days of receiving the beer. The reason is that we refrigerate and have precise control of our beer when it is here, so we can monitor the quality and take exceptional care of it. Once it is out of our hands, for all we know, someone could be leaving it in a 30-degree pantry or in the sun or god knows where and are shocked it doesn’t taste as good anymore. Please treat the beer as a sentient being. It has feelings and bad feelings from being unrefrigerated means it loses aromas, flavours and is susceptible to other faults. Science. If it’s a crazy case that was out of your control, give us a shout and we will consider accepting your plea. All jokes aside, we hope you feel free to tell us if something is wrong because we can’t fix it without feedback and we want to be the best damn beers you buy! <3
